We work directly with mills, importers, and regional producers so that staples like jasmine rice, five-spice blends, and instant noodles taste like the versions you'd bring back from a specialty market.
What we care about
Sourcing with intention. We favor mills and producers who specialize, rather than the lowest-cost bulk supplier.
